For the terminal placement program, merchant must return equipment in good condition within 7 days if they cancel service with Equity Payments.

If not returned or damaged, $600 will be charged per terminal placed, in addition to an early termination fee.

This is a program for low-risk merchants and any hardware shipped without an assigned Merchant ID Number (MID) will not be discounted. SIM card are not included in the price of the device.
